Internal Layout The lodge is arranged entirely on one level with vinyl and laminate flooring throughout. Clear circulation space is provided within the sleeping and living area, including a minimum turning space of 150cm by 150cm beside the bed. Bedrooms The sleeping area includes a fixed double bed and bunk beds. The double bed height is approximately 57cm, with unobstructed transfer and turning space alongside. Bed height is not adjustable and beds are not movable. Bathroom and Shower Facilities The en-suite wet room includes step-free access and a wheel-in shower with an easy access slope. Facilities include a flip-down shower seat, adjustable handheld shower head, grab rails around the shower and toilet, wheel-under wash basin, lever taps, lateral transfer space to the right of the toilet, and a bathroom emergency alarm. Suitability Notes This property is suitable for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility who require step-free access, a ground floor layout, and an accessible wet room.
