Step free level access leads directly into the ground floor of the lodge. Living Areas The open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen areas are located on the ground floor with level flooring throughout. The layout allows clear circulation between spaces and direct access onto the lakeside decking. Kitchen The kitchen is positioned within the open-plan living space and offers generous floor space for movement. Appliances and work areas are arranged to support ease of use for guests with limited mobility. Bedrooms Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor and offer direct access to the lakeside veranda. Transfer space of more than one metre is available beside the beds. Two additional bedrooms are located on the first floor and are accessed via stairs. Bathrooms A ground floor wet room includes a step free wheel-in shower, handheld shower head, wheel-under wash basin, and WC with side transfer space. One ground floor bedroom also benefits from an ensuite shower room. Additional ensuite bathrooms serve the upstairs bedrooms. Outdoor Areas Level access leads from the living area onto a spacious lakeside decking area. The decking provides space for seating and access to the hot tub, with uninterrupted views across the lake. Paths around the immediate lodge area are level and suitable for wheelchair use. Important Information This property is suitable for wheelchair users and guests with limited mobility who are able to remain on the ground floor. The first floor is accessible by stairs only. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Hot tub access is via the decking and may require assistance depending on individual needs.
