This charming property offers an accessible, spacious retreat for guests seeking comfort and convenience in the countryside. With a mix of open-plan living and accessibility features, the cottage is designed to ensure a relaxing stay for everyone.

Upon arrival, you’ll find level parking with gravel-laid access, making it easy to navigate to the property. Although there is a singular step at the entrance, the interior is fully accessible, featuring an open-plan layout with a comfortable living area that includes two large three-seat sofas and a central coffee table. The kitchen area has level access, with a kitchen island, mid-height oven, and dining table with free-standing seating. Most kitchen amenities are within reach from a seated position, though some cupboards may be difficult to access.

The cottage offers four well-sized bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide ample space for all guests. The Yellow Bedroom and Blue Bedroom both feature double beds that can be arranged as twins, with plenty of space to move around and access to the decking area via stepped doorways. The Pink Bedroom also features a double bed and leads directly to the patio, while the Twin Bedroom has comfortable twin beds and sufficient space around the bed.

For bathrooms, the Family Bathroom is equipped with a step-free shower, wall-mounted shower seat, bath with handheld shower attachment, wheel-under wash basin with lever-style tap, and a toilet with transfer space, along with handrails for added support.

Outside, the cottage boasts a level decking area with free-standing seating, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The hot tub, accessible via a few steps, invites you to unwind after a day of exploring the countryside.
