Ideal for families and travellers with limited mobility, this spacious, detached lodge is just 100 metres from the loch and offers peaceful surroundings with easy access to nearby attractions like Kinross, Perth, and Edinburgh.
Designed with accessibility in mind, Robin’s Nest features ramped access, step-free entry, and level flooring throughout. The interior layout includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, with the twin offering additional accessible features such as a mobile hoist (on request). The fully accessible wet room includes a step-free shower, grab rails, and ample space beside the toilet for added ease and safety. A commode and other mobility aids can also be provided on request.
The open-plan living and dining area is warm and inviting, with a flat-screen TV, comfortable sofa bed, and panoramic windows overlooking the peaceful landscape. A door leads directly onto a level external mezzanine, where guests can enjoy freestanding seating and sweeping views across Loch Leven and the countryside—perfect for relaxing or alfresco dining.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, 4-ring hob, toaster, kettle, grill, and an under-counter fridge for wheelchair users. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, heating, a washing machine, and parking for two cars directly outside the lodge. Please note that electric vehicle charging is not available on-site, but a charging point is located approximately 4km away.
