Lower Farm B&B offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, designed with accessibility in mind to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. This single-story accommodation features level internal and external access, making it easy for everyone to navigate the property. Assistance dogs are welcome, with staff needing prior notification for arrangements.

Guests will find level access into the reception and dining room, complete with a lowered check-in desk for convenience. The spacious dining area features tables with freestanding seating, ensuring comfort during meals. Lower Farm B&B boasts ten thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including an accessible double bedroom (Room 5) featuring a non-profiling double/twin bed with ample space on either side. Handrails are conveniently placed next to the toilet, wash basin, and within the shower for additional safety.

Other bedrooms include non-accessible double rooms (Rooms 1, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10) and one non-accessible single room (Room 2), all featuring non-profiling beds, chairs, dressing tables, and ensuite shower rooms. Please note that Bedroom 10 has a slight gradient for entry.
