Parking is available either behind the property or in the lay-by opposite, and there is also a sheltered area ideal for storing bicycles, surfboards, or hanging laundry on sunny days.

Just a short 4–5 minute stroll from Totland Bay beach and The Waterfront Restaurant/Bar, Cliffway enjoys an unbeatable location for a beach holiday. The celebrated Hut Restaurant at Colwell Bay is a short and scenic coastal walk away, and Yarmouth ferry terminal is just a 10-minute drive. With a choice of shops, cafés, and beautiful coastal walks all within walking distance, it’s easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer without relying on the car.
